RAM dishonest couriers

What poor service they provide. I am extremely disappointed with RAM, their couriers **** and said they attempted to deliver when they didn't. Now I need to wait until after Christmas for my delivery which I needed urgently. It's so sad that we cannot select our own preferred courier companies when we buy items online.
