RAM? Disgusting Service. Disgraceful. No Values.

If there was an option to give 0 stars I would definitely have chosen that . Where do I even start with these guys ? This is not even the second time I had issues with this courier. The first time was about a month ago , they literally rescheduled my delivery about 5 or 6 times before they actually delivered it to me. Even then I did not complain , however I have had enough of those guys now. This time around my package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, instead, after hearing no communication from them for most of the day, we decided to call them and follow up on the delivery, only for the customer service advisor to inform us that they won’t be delivering because they put the package in the wrong courier van. That Consultant was extremely inappropriate and disrespectful over the call aswell. Even then myself and my wife, we didn’t complain. Today when it was supposed to be delivered yet again, we called to confirm delivery and they informed us that the package is ready for delivery but was not even put in the van for delivery. How *********** can you be? How much days does one person have to reschedule to have a parcel delivered from these guys ? When you ask the advisors for feedback on what’s going to happen or when it will be delivered they say they are going to get back to you as soon as they can but they never call back or even have the decency to send out an SMS . I would most definitely not recommend this courier company. It’s looking more likely that I will have to go and collect my package myself which is around 25kms away, just so that I can know I will get my package .
