RAM disappointing another customer

Ordered from Bash on 20.11.2023, been waiting for over 2 x weeks now for the packages to be delivered. Phone them daily to follow up as the delivery keeps failing, yet no-one calls... very disappointed... phoned again today was told the packages are all in the warehouse but doesn't have drivers to re-deliver
