RAM Disappointing!!!

What a disappointment!! why do you guys say parcel is out for delivery and later say you couldn't deliver due to unavailable home - contact not available? whereas you didn't reach out to the customer? please explain that, and worse your WhatsApp is not being managed properly!!! I want to give zero star because you don't deserve 1, even when calling your call center your agents drop our calls.
