Ram Disappoint yet again, so use to bad service
Reading all the reviews one thing is clear, RAM does not value service or any of their clients. I suppose due to the national contract with Dischem, Vodacom and other corporates they don't have to adhere to proper service levels. My latest delivery - DISD15-***5 was yet again not delivered after receiving confirmation was send yesterday. This is the 3rd instance in a very short period. Where the driver will falsely claim as so many other instances they can't get hold of the recipient it's clear they have no consequences for not delivering as promised.
It al begins with management and staff, both in the case of RAM is extremely arrogant and unqualified, they should go learn from The Courier Guy, awesome company and experience every time. Vodacom and Dischem pls move your business away from RAM,
