Ram department insured with momentum trust funds, poor service we received

My baby daddy worked for Ram for solid 7 years before he died, he was shot cold blood on the 1st of May 2022 which is now 2 years , and left behind his 8 kids as his dependents, on his burial Ram seniors came on his burial and disclose about his policy that he has insured within the company and made a promise to help us with the process , a week past we were in communication with Ram department but the response we got from them was unexpected and shocking for them neglecting us dismally

To my experience if one of Ram employee is no more Ram department is responsible to do all the benefits process but the treatment we got from them it was unacceptable, they failed helping us to the extend where by our kids have lost their benefits in return of getting R2000 each within a half a million all because of Ram failing us, this was Discovery benefits

Yet today this other benefit of momentum trust funds at work , we been getting false promises after a solid 2 years of making the claim, I have seen the father of my kids working hard for this company he was so dedicated to the point he will not be a day without being absconded, he trusted the company to ensure his kids needs yet the company failed him all because he won't be able to stand for himself that's why the company doesn't care about his kids needs because his unable to fight for his kids am very broken seeing how this kids are enduring this burden, they never lake anything when daddy was still alive

We plead with Ram department to communicate with Katlego Baloyi from momentum to release our kids money we can't wait for any year enough is enough, we also wanna see our kids happy like other kids this festive season please
