RAM - Demanding in house Delivery not at the gate

Today I was supposed to receive my parcel. The driver arrived at my premises, I was in a garage in my car. He asked for my ID and I gave him my ID he then asked if we can go inside the house. I asked why he want to go inside the house he said is a process. I then told him I do not have the keys to my house that’s the reason why I am packed in the garage in my yard (I was not comfortable to let the stranger in my home) he said he can’t give me my parcel because he can’t get in to the house so he left. I have called RAM 3 times already and each time the agent promised to call me back and I’m still waiting. Apparently the status on my parcel is at “Failed to enter the premises”. I have received way expensive shipments from different couriers and RAM included no drive in my life as asked to enter my house. I normally sign at the gate
