RAM delivery issues

I ordered from Vuse online and I have an issue with the delivery from RAM.

On the 28/02/2024 - The driver said he is not getting a hold of me and delivery was unsuccessful. The driver made no contact. They can ask him for proof of how he tried to contact me and there will be none.

On 29/02/2024 - I received an sms my parcel is out for delivery for that day at 16:30 I phoned RAM and asked if the driver was planning on delivering because it said on 28/02/2024 that it was unsuccessful and the driver couldn't get ahold of me and explained to them I did not receive any calls or messages from a driver. They then put me on hold and when they contacted whoever to find out what was going on the driver yet again said he couldn't get a hold of me which is not true! NO ONE CONTACTED ME

01/03/2024 I received another SMS that stated delivery for that day. I phoned RAM again to ensure the driver has the correct contact details. I am very unhappy because what if he again says he couldn't get a hold of me, when will I then get my parcel? It is a work address he can come to the address and deliver at reception, why does he need to contact me.

This is the reason people do not order curtain products online!

RAM can't really tell me if the guy is going to deliver or not, it is not a very good system.
