RAM delivery driver pretending to deliver your package

I dont know if the driver is *********** or just not delivering my pakage out of spitefullness. After I had a fiasco with Afrihost for my fibre, these clowns can't deliver my fibre router pakage. Whilst I'm on the phone with the RAM call centre, they phone the driver who confirms that he is on his way to deliver my package. Only to arrive with no package delivered, security repeatedly insisting that there was no delivery vehicle throu out the day. This has now happened thre days in a row.
