RAM DELIVERY DISAPPOINTING

what a poor service i experience from Ram, i asked for change of Address on a Monday and Tuesday they sent a delivery notice, today is Wednesday no update from them. had to call them and be on hold for 8 min!! only to not get a clear update of where is my order. very disappointing. they told me the order will be dispatched on Thursday for something that was order last week Thursday WOW!!!!!
