RAM delivery - Complaint iro driver/delivery guy
My rating of one star is only iro the delivery guy from RAM. I'm extremely disappointed by the manner in which the driver of RAM, Moses treated me disrespectfully! He refused to give me his name, i later on learned it to be Moses, when I asked for it, as I indicated to him I'm going to report him for the manner in which he spoke to me and not honoring arrangements. I received Moses interaction with me as a customer as being very disrespectful and even want to assume it is because I am a female and him being male! He has no phone manners at all or an idea of Custer service!! Thank goodness for a respectful man and competent manager at RAM Mr Selebogo who immediately has taken control of my complaint iro of Moses not keeping to delivery arrangements and the manner in which Moses treated me! I applause Mr Selebogo for his intervention, customer service and clear leadership! Moses can definitely learn from Mr Selebogo!!
