RAM delivery company and Rain Internet Provider

I have a parcel to be delivered from Rain Internet Service Provider and they happened to use RAM delivery company which I am very saddened with the workers attitude. My address has 2 gates bottom and top and I had specifically requested for the delivery to go to the top gate. On the 24/06/2016 they went to the bottom gate which I don’t have access to, when they called I asked the driver to come to the top gate and as I was explaining to him on how to get there he hung up. A consultant from RAM I believe, called me on the same day and I arranged for my parcel to be brought to me again and I insisted on the top gate again. Unfortunately the same driver was allocated to me and he had done the same thing, hunged up on me. I still do t have my parcel. So annoying!!
