RAM. Delivery. Big Frustration.

Delivery agents get throun under the bus. For bad protocol. They only send a message delivery today, thats it. The guy came 3times to my house. Why? No time confirmation before hand. No real planning or communication. Equipment was faulty.... Never came tbrough on cell phone. Their logs show, client was not at home. Yes because I was not aware. Cant pitch up, knock and espect working people wait randomly for you??

Oposition Company, confirms a time bracket to delivery, that is practical for you and you wait for them, they then arrive on time, easy done.
