RAM Delivery
My package was due to be delivered on or before the 12th of May 2023 (Today)
When I phoned to follow up on the delivery, I was told that the delivery will only take place on Monday (15 May 2023).
Why are clients given a delivery date if RAM can not keep by it? Also I had to cancel all my appointments so that I could receive the package! I got a call this morning from RAM to confirm my delivery address and I also spoke to the driver but no delivery was done the whole day!
I am deeply dissapointed in RAM.
I would also like to know what RAM's plans are to improve on their services?

My delivery was rescheduled to today (15 May 2023), AGAIN when I followed up on my delivery today TWICE, I was told that it was again reschduled to tomorrow!!! WHY?
I live less than 4Km from the rustenburg Hub and then I'm told that I am not allowed to collect my parcel although it's been at the Rustenburg Hub since last week! Delivery was not made on the original scheduled date, WHY NOT? delivery is not going to take place on the second date which is today, WHY NOT?
I want answers as to why this service is so bad? Why am I not getting answers? and WHY should we as clients still even consider RAM as a service provider with this terrible service?
If I do not get my parcel, I will make a point of it to collect it IN PERSON and I do not care who says what!!!

I'll be collecting my parcel in person tomorrow at 12pm. I already had to reschedule 4 appointments today all thanks to RAM. Pathetic service! Also take note that I will have this published in all the local news papers. I will also gather people that has the same problem and also still waiting to join me to collect their parcels in person tomorrow at 12pm.
