RAM Delivery

Not having a good experience with RAM. Was suppose to have my parcel on Wednesday, gave an excuse that they couldn't get hold of me, which they never even tried contacting me. I phoned on Thursday, they were closed due to sanitizing. Phoned on Friday, they didn't bother to send the parcel out. Requested to deliver it on Saturday, took my address changed. No surprise I did not receive it. Monday morning still no parcel send out for delivery. Phoned again, they did not even change my address for delivery on Saturday like they were supposed to and STILL not out to be delivered today. I am not at all impressed as I had to pay for a month service on internet and I haven't even received the product yet. A week paid for NOTHING!! RAIN should get another delivery company to do their stuff if they want to keep customers and get more
