RAM deliveriy, arrogance

A parcel has been delivered to my home in Randfontein, I have rarely encountered such rudeness and arrogance. They parked in the road and when I went to the gate they continued to sit in the van as if I should go to them. The person who finally brought the parcel to me was unfriendly and pleasant in any way. May RAM go the way of the Dodo
