RAM delivering phone from Vodacom you will not get your phone thanks to RAM
The worst courier service I am not sure why Vodacom is still working with them.My parcel has been returned to Vodacom twice now because RAM didn't even call me to inform me about the delivery, both times. I get an sms saying my parcel is in dispatch, next thing my order is returned to Vodacom. When you log a ticket to lodge a complaint on the system it doesn't work, they won't even call you back when you request. They don't care about customer service, they don't care about their clients.

The tracking number is K***.
At this point I am not hopeful with regards to getting my parcel.
It really has been a frustrating situation and if it gets returned back this time I will cancel the contract with Vodacom.
It was going to be understandable if RAM would have atleast called me regarding the delivery but it seems like you don't care to call.
