RAM: "delivering for the nation" or don't deliver at all?

I contacted RAM yesterday at 07:30 am for a package that was to be delivered to me yesterday and I asked for it to be delivered before 13:00. The operator said that she will contact me back. I never heard from her again. I phoned at +- 11 am again and asked to track the parcel. Ram operator said that it will be delivered to the designated address only after 14:00. Which means I could not get the parcel because I have to start work at 14:00. I did offer 3 times that I will come and collect the parcel in the morning because I had mornings free this week. So the operator said that it would be delivered the next day 2019/10/25 to an alternative address before 13:00. I phoned the Ram company today 2019/10/25 to track my parcel, only to find out that the change in address takes 24 to 48 hours which was not explained to me the previous day. A company in Australia is waiting for me to send information on the documents through and it is costing a huge amount of money. Again I suggested that I will come and pick up the parcel and again they said they can't. I have proof of the conversations because my phone records all call. I have wasted R 100 of airtime and still no progress.
