RAM deliveries
<p>Have wasted a whole day waiting for a parcel delivery via RAM because they insist that the receipient (not an alternate responsible person with suitable identification) be present --- any time between 8 and 5</p>

Please note that RAM can not make a delivery to a 3rd party unless this was authorized by the sender in writing to RAM.
If this was not supp**** to RAM prior to delivery being made we can not make the delivery.
I do apologize for this happening, but please note that the actual waybill is a legal binding contract between the sender and RAM and we can not make any delivery other that what the instruction was given by the sender.
