RAM DELIVERED,,,,, WHERE, WHEN????

Having waited the whole day at home, after cancelling appointments, I receive sms at 19:32 to say parcel has been delivered! Where? When? Who signed? I need it by tomorrow and now they are closed!!!!! No calls receiced, had my phone with me at all times!! No delivery vehicle at my house???

Seems to be a common problem, why does this problem not get attended to when sooo many people complain about it.
