RAM DELIVERED MY PARCEL TO A PERSON I DO NOT KNOW AND DID NOT CALL ME

RAM LOST MY PARCEL

I am very disappointed with the service I have received from RAM . They were supposed to deliver my parcel I had ordered from Bash but they did not call me to tell me they were at the said address . So I went there in advance and waited for them as I had already received the message that the parcel was coming . I waited and waited until I checked on the portal ,to my surprise the parcel was said to have been delivered to a person I do not know without my consent or knowledge . The worst part is RAM did not actually show up at the said address. The staff confirmed that there is no one by the name of the person that had been said to have signed for the order. So my parcel has been ******. I have used RAM Hand to Hand Couriers before as well as other Couriers and they have never not called me to tell me they are coming or have arrived at the address I provided . It was this time that the driver never called . I did not even get missed call notifications 😞. What is this?

Bash should look for an alternative courier because this is not a good look to them also.
