RAM deliver sucks

Ordered two phones from Vodacom on Line. The one phone was delivered. It has been 10 days now and we still have not received the 2nd phone. I have contacted RAM and spoken to the call center agents, Supervisors to advise that I will not be at my work because I am going in for an operation, they can deliver to my home address, but every time the phone was delivered to my work address. I was promised that I would receive the phone yesterday. Was told by RAM they need to get authorization by Vodacom to deliver to the home address. Once again this was not done. The phone was send back to Vodacom and I must reapply. Doesn't matter if you speak to the call center or send e-mail nothing gets noted properly. This is the worst service by any courier company I have dealt with.
