RAM, DEFINETLY DISSAPPOINTED!
I am disappointed with RAM Services, they have my parcel that I was suppose to receive today based on the SMS they sent me, now the driver is telling me that I need to try fetch it in town because he was not authorized for the location I am at, he is now saying I need to wait for him at work since morning mind you because he is busy with other deliveries, the attitude, the Polokwane office is not even picking up my calls so that they can rectify it. I need to use the flowers today but he is saying he can try bring it tomorrow, I don't understand it. why must we pay for services to be later told that they are still super busy?
