I have been waiting for a parcel for a week only for it to be sent to the wrong PROVINCE the call center is *********** after holding for 10 whole minutes I was told I would PROBABLY receive my package by Friday and left on hold until i hung up TWICE companies should really consider using another courier service because RAM service is terrible honestly I regret having to use them
