RAM courriers Worst courrier service ever.

My business partner app**** for a parcel to be delivered on 26 August 2024 from Pretoria to Groot Brakrivier (Western Cape) Payment was done and Tracking number was given (RL***) RAM Couriers was supposed to pick it up yesterday (27 August), wasnt done even tried to contact them, said that they dont keep track of the pickups!

The people was supposed to receive the package today as they are flying back to Europe tomorrow.

She tried to chat with them on their website, she was blocked. Then trying to phone them, first lady put the phone down in her ears after she was trying to explain the situation. This is supposed to be a start of a new business!!!!!!!!

Second lady said they will pick it up and deliver it, she cant guarantee that it will be delivered before they fly.

She even asked that she be refunded, they just ignored. All extra costs that needs to be done to get it at the airport (OR Thambo)

Really the most unprofessional service.
