RAM Courriers failed delivety attempts

This company tried for 3 days to deliver a phone. Monday they refused to hand the phone to my daughter with a copy of my id and I spoke to the delivery guy in person. Tuesday they aparently phoned to deliver in the afternoon, I was at home at that stage no one pitched up. Wednesday morning my house worker phoned and said they want to deliver. I phoned the delivery guy on his cell and asked for delivery at another address, he stated he can not, but I can phone him in the afternoon and he will come and deliver. To date nothing had been delivered. During the day I phoned the call centre and they would also have contacted me- no such luck. This company needs to wske up, there are more reliable currier companies out there. Poor service.
