RAM couries is a headache to deal with
Their service is aweful. I needed to keep caling almost everyday to find out about my parcel. The agents would drop my call. They didnt return my calls. They wrote lies on the system.

13 Sept 2023, 17:34Firstly, when I paid in the morning-yesterday , the RAM website said that the parcel would be collected on the same day- Yesterday. THAT NEVER HAPPENED.
Secondly, I had to call several times yesterday just to understand what was going on. The driver that was suppose to collect the parcel, **** and said that the sender was unavailable after the sender had waited for almost the whole day for the driver to call.
Thirdly- Today I had to call about 4 times for someone to help. I even asked to be transferred to the manager on two occasion's and the managers never picked up or returned my call.
Your communication is poor. The system updates when you try to track your p****l are lies and your service is horrible. There are many delivery companies out there that dont require you to keep calling for them to do their job.
Now that the parcel has been collected, I probably have to call 10 times for it to be delivered. THIS IS JUST A HUGE HEADACHE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. This is the last time I am using your service. Thank you !

When collection was logged we did go to the address for collection the client was not available all our vehicles have tracking systems the couriers did go to the address. When you logged collection it did advise that estimate date for delivery will be by tomorrow in Pretoria and that will be the case as the parcel is currently on route to be delivered in Pretoria by COB tomorrow. we unfortunately have different services for for each parcel collected and based on the urgency an overnight could have been selected to ensure quicker collection and delivery. We operate between 8am and 5pm with our deliveries however due to traffic especially with loadshedding we push it for 8pm as it does affect us all, we cannot unfortunately meet all the demand to deliver to every client by 9am in the morning as that is a demand service which is paid for separately however we will deliver your order by COD tomorrow in Pretoria.

In terms of delivery, your word means nothing at this point. I will just have to wait in anticipation and hope that my parcel is delivered.
I understand that there are unforeseeable circumstances when providing your service. All I ask is for you to provide a good service. This means - communicating when there are delays, answering the phone when called- the managers and delivery partner never answered my calls yesterday and finally , don't put lies on the tacking system. They create confusion and panic.
