Ram couriers. Worst service ever!

I am currently experiencing the worst Service ever. My parcel was supposed to have been delivered On Wednesday afternoon with no success. I later traced my parcel and the report said home DELIVERY UNSUCCESSFUL, CONTACT NOT AVAILABLE and HOME ADDRESS NOT AVAILABLE! This is all lies! No attempt to contact me was made whilst waiting for my order that day. Called them on Thursday as early as 7h30 when they open, only to be put on hold for time on end with no success of being assisted. This courier service has the utmost unpleasant service I’ve come across. This has inconvenienced me to do my office work for the whole week! I would never recommend anyone or any company to make use of your business! Until today Friday the 3rd of July 2020 my parcel has still not arrived! My tracking number is Rain04-***9! I don’t know how you managed to send me an SMS but could not get hold of me telephonically!! I want my parcel delivered today
