RAM couriers: Worst Reasons for Poor Chstomer Service

I have been waiting for my SIM to be delivered by ram. When they eventually delivered. They only called me when they were at my residence. I asked them to please wait for me for 5 minutes as I had stepped out because I was never informed, at any stage, of the time of delivery. They then told me that they can't wait for a lousy 5 minutes for me to come and sign for my package, a package that I have been waiting for without any confirmation of time of delivery. They couldn't afford a client the courtesy of 5 minutes!! This is a really poor service from your service provider because as a customer I wasn't given any courtesy at all, whether by letting me know what time they are gonna arrive or at least a call to inform me that they are approaching my place of residence. This, according to their customer service, was done for reasons that are shockingly poor. The customer service agents hung up the phone twice without resolving my issue. What is gonna happen on Monday when I'm not around to sign for my package? Will I ever receive my package?
