Ram couriers worst ever....

Ram couriers are the worst ever. My parcel was supposed to be delivered today, I then got a mess to say thet were unsuccessful to deliver I then called the number that was provided, advising them that I was home. The guy on the phone told me that they called 6 minutes ago and no one answered, yet no one called. He said he will try and get hold of the driver and call back. After 20 min I called back again then spoke to Tebogo, he tried to get hold of the driver and made me hold in for 20 minutes, until I cut the call I then called back and spoke to Nolotando, at the time is was so frustrated, she started screaming me. I am going to call the supplier where I ordered from, and share my experience. I hope they never use Ram couriers
