Ram Couriers - worst courier to ever exist
I cannot believe I have to wait 4 days for a simple parcel delivery, I updated delivery details the day before the delivery of my parcel. The drive who was supposed to deliver my parcel messed up and did not make a plan to deliver my parcel. I have been phoning back and forth with no success. You are officially the worst courier I have ever had to deal with. Kayla promised to phone me today, no phone call, I am very disappointed with this service. Now day 4, called in they said my parcel still at the depot, cannot give me a time of when I will get feedback as to when I will get my parcel, I have no words, worst experience ever.

08 Dec 2020, 06:55And I was promised delivery today to my house, by the call centre, tracking I am lost i shows no movement. Xavier Stephens said I would get my parcel today. I won't hold my breath, I can understand why you guys have such bad reviews.

Seems there is a huge delay in communication in your organization In the very beginning I phoned a day in advance to let you guys know the change of address. I am sick of explaining, but please work on your communication between your clients and dispatch and driver.
