RAM couriers, worst courier service
The worst delivery service I've ever come across. Firstly using my home address to deliver to after SPECIFICALLY asking to deliver to my office address, as there is no one to collect at my home address (don't see how that is so difficult to understand) Then, after repeatedly asking for them to call me at least 15 minutes before arriving at my home, so I can make a plan to get there when they do, I get a call from them as they stop at the gate. This has happened 2 days in a row. This is ridiculous!!! Now I have to wait an additional day to receive my parcel, without any type of guarantee that the driver will follow instructions to call before hand.

This time the driver pitched at the address, did not confirm delivery via phone call and **** about me not being available for delivery. After I specifically asked, for the 100th time, for them to call me 15min prior to arriving at the address. They keep on ignoring my requests. So at around 2pm I called the office, the agent I spoke to said he has arranged with the driver to still do the delivery today by 5pm, I should just stay at the delivery address.
5pm came and went, no driver. So I called again, and then I'm told that the driver has not been in the area since 2pm, they will not be delivering today. So now I'm stuck waiting till Monday.
I am livid! This is unacceptable. RAM does not care about customer service, they are lazy and they lie to you with the greatest of ease.
