RAM Couriers Witbank
I would like to make the RAM company aware of my dissatisfaction regarding the delivery of my handset.
I ordered a parcel phone from Vodacom RAM couriers claim to have called me on my 2 phones on Friday 16 April 2021 an there was no answer they said on their system that delivery will be made today 20 April 2021
as I work underground at a mine, I have arranged that I stay on surface today to wait for the delivery, when I called RAM offices in Witbank I was told that the delivery wont be made today again and there is no way I cannot go underground from tomorrow. I work underground for 12 hours a day and I will be out of reach, your customer service is poor and rude.

The tracking shows that you have cancelled the order since it was not coming today and asked that we return it.
Also, another arrangement that you have made is that we deliver the parcel tomorrow.
Should we proceed with the latest delivery arrangement that you have made?
