Ram couriers, what happened to my parcel?
I ordered a parcel number: p*** from The Foschini Group and they use ram couriers to deliver the package at the shop that falls under TFG of the client's choice. I received a notification that my parcel has arrived at sports scene Westgate mall, but when I arrived to pick up my parcel it was not at sports scene nor was it at any other TFG affiliated store. My parcel is worth R600 which I can't afford. I would like to know from ram couriers what exactly happened to my parcel, I am very frustrated because I spent over two hours in the mall trying to find my parcel.

Please contact the store you have ordered from because there is tracking found with the tracking number provided.
They should let you know of the correct tracking number or whether the parcel has been sent out already.
