RAM Couriers / Vodacom

Ram Couriers collected my parcel on the 6th of March 2025 as I'm returning the parcel back to Vodacom. I have been following up with Vodacom since the 10th of March 2025 as they said it will take about 48 hours, but to date the 17th March 2025 Vodacom has still not received the parcel back. Status only shows that the parcel was collected from me, but is hasn't reach Vodacom Wherehouse. Vodacom has emailed Ram for update on the 14th March 2025 and the status to change can take about 5 working days this means I will be paying for something I don't have😒😒, as I can't cancel this application till Vodacom get the parcel back. This is a very bad service from Ram, for a collection to take more than a week to be completed, this is really ridiculous.
