Ram couriers - Very *********** x2

I have posted the complain below yesterday. Even after I got calls from Ram people, lying to me, guess what - I still dont have my delivery :(. Is it really that hard to deliver?

Ram couriers - Very *********** Ram couriers were supposed to deliver my new phone as contracted by Vodacom. These *********** company takes an incorrect address which was not give by me or Vodacom (as Vodacom claims). When I receive an sms for delivery, I immediately call Ram to inform them that the address on the sms is incorrect. but no one can do anything about it. After back and forth, I call Vodacom and they confirm that the address they have is the correct one. They (Vodacom) made me stay on the phone while the calling Ram to deliver to the correct address. This company (Ram) continues to go to an in correct address in 135 Rivonia Road instead of Newtown. Again I call Vodacom, because it seems no one is smart enough at Ram to resolve simple issues. They promise to come back later and deliver to the right address... guess what, i receive a call from Ram at around 4pm to ask me if im still in the office, of which I said yes. They told me that the delivery guy will arrive by 5pm. At around 4:30pm I get a call from the delivery guy. He is delivery a parcel and waiting for me at 135 Rivonia road.

I must say, these guys couldn't wait for me there since they repeatedly go to the wrong address. And they can't even change their route to go to Newtown.

It is such a frustration to work with such. The consultants just dont care at all even when you phone
