RAM Couriers useless

I ordered my rain sim on Monday 18 May 2020. It was handed to RAM hand to hand couriers on Wednesday 20 May 2020. RAM phoned me on Saturday 23 May at 13h30 asking of I'm available for delivery, and I happily said yes I will be home the rest of the day. After waiting all day, they were a no show. I then expected them to deliver on Monday 25 May as it was the next business day, and also a no show. Then on Tuesday 26 May after 12h00 I decided to phone as I had still not received my sim delivery. Just to be advised although the tracking system says it's out for delivery, it's still in the warehouse and there is no reason why it should not have been out for delivery. I was then promised today which is 26 May. At 13h00 I decided to phone and I have not heard anything from RAM, and take a guess, it was still in the warehouse and they could not give a reason why it was not out for delivery. Really, RAM is the most useless delivery courier service I have ever come accross. Rain must definitely get another courier delivery service as they will lose business just because of the delivery option. I have never been so disappointed and dissatisfied as I am today. I was now promised my sim will be delivered today, let's see if miracles do happen!
