RAM Couriers Upington very bad service
Booked a collection with DHL for a speed parcel delivery. DHL subcontracted RAM Upington for the collection but after 2 days, they still have not collected the parcel. RAM ensured DHL of collection twice now, but did not keep their word. Still waiting. This is not my first bad experience with RAM. Once waited 3 weeks for a delivery after the Upington branch "forgot" to deliver the parcel.

03 Mar 2021, 11:04The parcel was booked with DHL. THe ref number is therefore a DHL number. I contacted DHL 2 times on Monday and 4 times yesterday to follow up on the collection. Every time they asked me to hold the line whilst they follow up with RAM. The RAM representative told them that they only service our area on a Tuesday and Thursday . They also told them that RAM Upington is aware of the parcel and that the driver is on his way(Tuesday). All 4 times yesterday(Tuesday) the answer was that the driver is on his way. However, they never came. Spoke to the branch this morning and they insisted that the branch was not informed of the collection by head office. They promised to send the driver today - so let's hope. I guess the real culprits are the head office team who did not log the request with Upington branch.
