RAM couriers - Time wasters
Received a SMS and email this morning that my package was out for delivery. Waited whole day at home, seeing that I have to personally receive the package. Go on their site and use the live chat which at the time shows that they are online. And I end up waiting for a reply, and wait, and wait, and wait. Decide to use the track my parcel option only to see that it has been updated with only "RAMMobile NonDelivery - .". Come on people! Some of us can't afford to sit around waiting for people to not pitch. This is simply just bad, bad service.
