RAM COURIERS - THEY STOLE MY PACKAGE!!
THEY STOLE MY PACKAGE and do not want to admit it. Someone from RAM COURIERS collected my brand new Note 9 phone on the 6th of May to return it to VODACOM. I have a witness and the security camera recording at work but they still say that it was not collected. This is now 2 months and still not sorted out!!! Neither RAM or Vodacom has informed me of any sort of progress that they have made wrt my complaint.
