RAM Couriers - They don't deliver on time
I ordered a parcel which is delivered through RAM couriers. As a delivery note I stated not to deliver on Mondays. Ignoring the note they decided to deliver on a Monday, unsuccessfully. Because of that they neglected to send the parcel on a Tuesday. I was manager of a courier company and when we could not deliver on one day we sent the parcel out the next day till we were able to deliver. This is very unprofessional and I am very upset. I will never use this service personally and urge people who want their items delivered on time to rather use capable couriers
