RAM Couriers the worst in the business

The driver is rude on the pone and refused to wait 10 minutes for me. The customer service centre is useless and managers do not bother calling back. I will never use them for my business nor recommend them to anyone. Pathetic service at its best. They refuse to comply with simple requests, such as call the client when they on their way. Pathetic service at its best.
