RAM Couriers - the worst in the business
It appears as if it is a special kind of idiot that is employed by RAM. After 3 days they still did not deliver the parcel. The address is clearly marked Phalaborwa (confirmed by the helpdesk) but they continue to try and deliver it in Pietersburg (from the RAM website)
