RAM COURIERS THE WORST!! Do not care a bit about customer service.
RAM = POOR SERVICE = EMPTY PROMISES = STILL NO DELIVERY OF PARCEL FROM JHB TO MOSSEL BAY…. PARCEL ARE LYING SOMEWHERE IN GEORGE FOR 3 DAYS ALREADY; NO MOVEMENT OR PROGRESS TO DELIVER. Last phone call to call centre promised that driver will deliver before 18:30 today; only to receive SMS of non delivery 5 minutes later. NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE!! Cannot express my frustration enough. So different from Courier Guy who managed to deliver another parcel at same address within two days in total.
