RAM COURIERS THE WORST !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

VODACOM should definitely consider another courier service!!!! RAM COURIERS don't respect people's time. Delivery with tracking K*** confirmed from VODACOM and RAM COURIERS for 2 June 2021 between 08:00 and 17:00. Firstly, who can sit at home all day. Surely a time can be arranged between for example between 10:00 and 12:00 or something where one can't wait 2 or 3 hours, but a full day... No really!! At 08:41 the consignment out for delivery message on my tracking. At 10:35 I made contact and after holding for about 5 minutes managed to speak to someone who will contact one of the drivers, which she could not reach a few times. At 16:54 I phoned again, and the feedback was just undelivered, which is rather obvious otherwise I would not phone RAM again. I asked to speak to the manager and after no response for about 2 minutes of holding I phoned back at 17:01, again asking for a manager or someone to assist, and again no response as the phone went dead. At 17:51 I received an sms from VODACOM that my delivery was unsuccessful. I tried this morning again *** and after holding for 04 minutes and 16 seconds, I gave up. RAM COURIERS, what a disgrace, you should rather not be in business, obviously COVID did not affect you and you don't need business from a large and respected company such as VODACOM.
