Ram Couriers - The most useless courier company that exists

A parcel was supposed to be delivered to me on 13 Feb 2023. Till today, I have not yet received it. Every day, I receive a notice to say that delivery was attempted but it failed. This is absolute nonsense, as the delivery is to a business where someone is always present.

I tried to contact them telephonically several times, but is put on hold (for periods up to 17 minutes) and then the phone is put down in my ear without someone ever talking to me.
