Ram couriers the most unreliable courier service 0%customer service
Ram courier is the most unreliable courier service anyone can use, I bought an item online which suppose to be delivered by ram courier, but they made no attempts to contact me or deliver but when I track my parcel it says attempt made, I called into they customer service 4 times in 1 day and all the agents was half asleep they all couldn't even assist in this matter. The agents adviced me that they will contact the driver but apparently they can't get ahold of the driver what kind of company employs people that can do they job. This parcel was for a birthday gift for the 16th December but it seems like I won't get it in time thank to RAM COURIERS.
PEOPLE SHOULD NEVER TRUST A COMPANY LIKE RAM WITH THEY PACKAGES BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
