Ram couriers terrible service
Delivery at 6.30pm? Arranged for another date because we waited the while day for delivery and now we have not recieved our router. Cannot get through as the call center line are down. Horrific experience and service. Cannot get a hold of anyone parcel still at the warehouse are they waiting for Christmas. Why do businesses use Ram. Perhaps they are cheap because they do not deliver at the expense of a customer. RAM: Your parcel A***. A RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY WOULD BE A SUPRISE

29 Nov 2022, 10:29Hi Please confirm you have are delivering the package today as per the tracker it shows this package is still at the hub. I was told by Xavier that it will be prioritized for today? I still cannot understand why your phone lines do not work no matter which region you try. No feedback!

This package was promised to be delivered today. Yet again nothing no feedback.
I am going to post this on Facebook and Google reviews and Twitter because you guys are incredibly pathetic and the public should know what to expect when they use you to deliver goods. How difficult is it to deliver a parcel. I am going back to vodacom to tell them to stop using horrid third parties to fufill their services. Absolutely disguisted.
