Ram Couriers - Terrible Service

Waiting for 8 days to receive a delivery from Vodacom. 3 times we have arranged a delivery slot and 3 times they have not arrived. We have given them 2 cell phone numbers to call but this morning the "Customer Care" - now that's an oxy***** - representative says they have no cell phones recorded. When I questioned why they did not have these numbers and asked for her name she blipped the call. NEVER NEVER use Ram Couriers. Why oh why do Vodacom make use of them.
