Ram Couriers Suck
I don’t think RAM couriers even deserve one out of five stars for their service. I received an Sms stating that my package is on its way from Bloemfontein to Welkom at 7:45am. It is now 20:21 pm and yet no delivery, no call, no message. This is absolutely pathetic service. When you call the call centre the line gets dropped, so after numerous attempts I finally got hold of a consultant who called the driver at 17:15 and according to her the driver said that he is 30 min away from my site of delivery. When I went to track the parcel again I saw they updated that the delivery was unsuccessful and that they are back in Bloemfontein.
